Kyla previously held a managerial position in the accounting department of Nicola Real Estate in British Columbia, where she oversaw financial operations before transitioning into property management. Throughout her career, Kyla has been actively involved in property acquisitions, dispositions, developments, and large-scale capital projects.
Currently, Kyla serves as a Property Manager, responsible for a diverse portfolio of properties encompassing office, retail, industrial, and residential sectors.
Kyla's educational background includes completing certificate programs in Financial Management and Business at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Additionally, she holds the designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA) through BOMI Canada and is licensed for Rental Property Management in British Columbia.
