Prior to joining Nicola Real Estate, Minesh was part of the Executive Leadership Program at SmartCentres REIT, where he developed big-box and CRU retail properties in Southern Ontario.

Minesh holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

Minesh leads the development team at Nicola Real Estate, providing services to pension funds, institutional funds, and family office clients.
