Ryall is a seasoned financial professional with a strong academic background and a track record of driving strategic growth in the financial industry. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Dalhousie University, an Honour's Bachelor of Science in Biology from Queen's University and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Currently, as Senior Analyst - Canadian Equities at Nicola Wealth, Ryall leverages his expertise to navigate the complexities of the Canadian equity market. Prior to this role, he served as the Director of Capital Markets Strategy at Irwin, where he successfully established and led the Professional Services division, achieving profitability within a remarkably short timeframe.

Ryall's previous experience includes a significant stint as an Equity Research analyst at RBC Capital Markets, where he supported top-ranked analysts and had primary coverage responsibility for select names – playing a crucial role in covering various industrial sectors for the firm. He also gained valuable transaction advisory experience during his time at Ernst & Young as Lead Advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions.
