Great Lakes Business Park

This property was a forward purchase of a four-phase business park development totaling nine single-storey "flex office" buildings. Nicola Real Estate acted as the development manager, and continues to act as the asset and property manager. The buildings are certified 'LEED/Building Operations and Maintenance (O+M) | Gold', and various ESG initiatives are currently being explored to promote sustainable management of the complex, with plans to implement a net-zero program in the future. Building C (~89,000) was completed in 2019 with 31,000sf leased to a multi-national electrical supplier.
